Bloom's Digital Taxonomy is based off of Benjamin Bloom's 1956 learning objectives which assists teachers to structure the learning process.  Updated in 2001, it was further re-invented to include technology to it's model.

Educational Origami states "it isn't about the tools or technologies rather it is about using these to facilitate learning. Outcomes on rubrics are measured by competence of use and most importantly the quality of the process or product."

It features a spectrum of six levels starting in low order thinking to high order.  Verbs or actions words are associated with each level.
