LEARNING MODELs

RAT

Introduced by Hughes, Thomas, & Schrader, the RAT model breaks down the process to three categories:

Replacement : redundant : retrograde

Augmented : average : acceptable

Transformed : terrific  : tremendous

In addition, the L mentioned in the above graphic refers to Leadership.  Hasselbein modified Hughes model to introduce this concept (2014).  He states "the teacher has demonstrated the ability to use technology in a transformational way and is now ready to help others do the same.  They share their work with others and encourage them to do the same".
